3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Popit Racer does not feature custom account creation and does not collect any personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to a third-party service integrated into our game, please contact the respective third-party service provider directly, or contact us using the information below so that we can facilitate removal.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have specific rights regarding your data:

Right to Opt-Out: You can choose not to allow personalized ads by declining the tracking permission dialog (ATT) on iOS, or disabling personalized ads in your Android Settings.
Right of Erasure: Since all game progress is stored locally, you can delete all local data by uninstalling the App from your device. To delete leaderboard and cloud save data, you can disconnect Popit Racer inside your Apple Game Center or Google Play Games settings.
